Generally, visitors should be discouraged from entering

the food preparation premises.

Visitors when entering the food production area should

be provided with clean and protective clothing, footwear,
hair net and visitors pass.

Separate lockers should be provided to keep their

belongings such as bags, wallets, mobile phones,
clothes and footwears, jewellery, wrist watch etc

They should be instructed to wash their hands
and not to touch any food item or food contact

surfaces.
