PREPARATION ?
As we are aware that microorganisms live in and on the human
body and we as humans pose the greatest threat to the safety
of food. Therefore, people involved in food preparation activities
must follow strict measures while handling as the health of the
customers lies in their hands.
People involved in food handling must not:
Scratching any body part such as nose, back or beard.
Rubbing of eyes, ears and mouth.
Running of hands in the hair.
Chewing of pan masala and gum.
Smoking inside the food premises.
Spitting in the food premises.

If any of them is unavoidable then wash your hands effectively
before resuming work.
The food handler should not taste the food with ladle. For food
tasting purposes, take small quantity of food in separate
bowl or else a spoon to be used for one time tasting.
